Enjoy Rose Cardamom Breakfast Oats

Essential oils can raise the frequency of the foods we eat and improve our digestion. Young Living Vitality oils are safe to use for cooking.

Ingredients
¼ tsp crushed cardamom seeds
1 cup organic rolled oats
2 cups organic coconut milk (unsweetened)
1-2 toothpicks of Young Living Rose Vitality oil
2 tsp. Young Living Inner Beauty Collagen (optional)
2 Tbsp. crushed pistachios or almonds (optional)
Maple syrup to serve

Instructions
1. Crush the cardamom seeds with the back of a spoon or with a mortar & pestle. Drop them into the coconut milk.
2. Bring to a boil (without a lid) and turn down to simmer.
3. Add the oats and gently cook for about 5-8 minutes.
Sir the blend well to prevent sticking and to agitate the cardamom seeds.
4. When the oats are soft, take off the heat. Cover with a lid and let sit for 3 minutes.
5. Dip a toothpick into the top of the Rose oil bottle. Stir the toothpick into the cooked oats. (Repeat process again for a stronger rose flavor).
6. Pour in a serving bowl. (Optional – mix in 1 tsp of Inner Beauty Collagen)
7. Top with crushed pistachios or almonds (Optional)
8. Drizzle maple syrup on top to taste.
